Recently, a containerized biogas screw compressor provided by ADEKOM has been successfully put into operation for biogas upgrading to CNG project in Shandong. This compressor unit can upgrade 30,000Nm3 per day of raw biogas to CNG. Installation of this biogas upgrading to CNG system not only reduces emission but also decrease customer’s dependency on natural gas importation.
ADEKOM’s complete set of biogas purification unit will upgrade up to 30,000Nm3 / d of raw biogas from the anaerobic digestion of sewage, via the processes of gas collection, pre-treatment (H2S, VOCs, Siloxanes, Ammonia and H2O), biogas compression and gas purification, which producing renewable energy that reach the level of GB natural gas standard for the factoryuse. In this way the factory can be self-support of industrial energy via recycling.
Thanks to the international advanced Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) purification technology used in this project, and ADEKOM specialized designed two sets of containerized explosion-proof type biogas screw compressors that equipped with the state-of-art gas-ends imported from Europe. This optimizing the combination of PSA technology and our equipment integration, achieving economies of scale, which not only allows the entire system to reach high levels of performance in biogas compression and purification, but also can be essential to achieve greater energy efficiency and to make system more safety and environmentally friendly, thus to reach social and economic win-win.
